Terms and Conditions
All wholesale inquiries are quoted from our Atlanta, Georgia or Huntersville, North Carolina locations. Certain species may be shipped individually from the stocking yard or may be combined from one location. Please discuss freight options with your sales representative. For accounts with approved credit, terms are 1% 10 days net 30. Accounts not paid in full within terms will be placed on C.O.D. basis and prompt payment discounts will not apply.

Our Quality Guarantee
All lumber is measured and graded in accordance with the rules of the NHLA or applicable governing association. All claims for allowance or adjustment must be made within five days after receipt of shipment and the shipment held intact pending adjustment. A restocking fee may be charged on all returns. Warranty is limited to the replacement cost of our material. We want to be your hardwood lumber supplier and will do everything possible to insure your satisfaction.

Lumber Specifications
All hardwood lumber is graded in accordance with NHLA standards of grade and measurement. All lumber listed is kiln dried (K.D.) rough unless otherwise specified. Our standard lumber inventory is packaged random width and length into five length separations.

Planer Mill Services
We have the capability to surface lumber two sides to specified thickness, to straight line rip, and to gang rip blanks to specified widths. Our remanufacturing changes are as follows:

           Surfacing two sides (S2S)     $40 m bd. ft.
           Straight line ripping               $50 m bd. ft.

Gang rip blanks or custom ripping also available. Pricing based on blank sizes and volume.

Local deliveries are made within 200 miles of our mill locations. For all other locations we can ship lumber via rail, container, LTL or motor freight, depending on weight and volume required. Please check with your sales representative to determine the best shipping route.
